Condensation

CONDENSATION is created in everyday tasks such as showering, or boiling the kettle, and people don't realise how much damage it can potentially create. It happens when the air within a property becomes laden with moisture. The problem arises when the warm moisture within the air comes into contact with a cold surface, for example, a window or external wall allows the water to be trapped in the warm air to condense and form as droplets.

Salesmen frequently uses their gift of words to persuade concerned homeowners into having costly and unnecessary remedial works carried out to rectify a problem. You can diagnose this problem yourself as BLACK MOULD is an easy sign of condensation which often clings onto surfaces. Although each property is different, personal recommendations are given by our Surveyors to rectify the cause of the problem, and stop mould growth, and all this shall be set out in the report we will write up.
